Unica collects personal data about you as you are using our services and/or because you have provided us with this information yourself. 

We place a high priority on transparent and dependable services. In that sense, we consider it important that you are aware of which personal data we collect and how that data is used. Unica guarantees that personal data is collected, used and deleted with due care and in accordance with the relevant legislation and regulations.

Processing of personal data
Through the exercise of its services, Unica records personal data. This is for instance the case when you are a client of Unica, if you respond to a vacancy at Unica or have otherwise contacted Unica. This concerns information such as contact details, invoicing information, job descriptions and/or interests you may have stated. The information is supplied by you, but may also originate from a third party. 
Unica uses this information to execute and process the corresponding appointment/agreement, both for its further services and internal operations, and to keep clients informed about new products and services of Unica. 

Sharing with third parties
Unica only shares your personal data with third parties where necessary for executing our agreement with you or to comply with a statutory obligation. 

How long do we keep personal data?
Unica does not keep your personal data any longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the objectives for which we collected the data. 

Accessing, changing or deleting personal data
If you wish to find out which personal data about you Unica collects and uses, you may ask Unica to send you an overview. Send your request to privacy@unica.nl. Unica will respond to your request within four weeks. 

Security
Unica takes the protection of your personal data very seriously and takes appropriate measures to combat misuse, loss, unauthorised access, unwanted publication and improper changes. 

Click behaviour and IP address
On the Unica website, general visitor data is collected based on your IP address. The purpose of this is to optimise the user experience of the website and the services of Unica. This information may also be used to place more targeted information on the website. To achieve this, Unica uses your computer's IP address. This IP address is a number that is automatically assigned to your computer when you use the internet. It may be used to determine which parts of the website you use and to draw up analyses and reports.

Cookies
Unica uses cookies for its website. A cookie is a small text file that is placed on your computer's hard drive when you visit a website. A cookie contains data so that you are recognised as a user every time you visit our website. You can always deactivate cookies in your browser.
